What are you waiting for?

There will always be barriers … work, exams, kids, holiday coming up etc … you might not tick EVERY single box EVERY week when it comes to good nutrition, exercise, daily movement/steps outside, water intake, good sleep ....but then who does!? That’s not realistic for most of us with busy lives but ticking some boxes is better than none right!! … ticking some boxes where you can is still moving you in the right direction to where you want to be to reaching your goals in a realistic, enjoyable way! Creating a healthier lifestyle thats sustainable long term is not going to be "perfect" day in day out, if your goal is to feel better in yourself long term and stop yo yo dieting every few months. If you never really see any improvements physically or strength/fitness wise then maybe you are setting your expectations too high to begin with and making it not achievable therefore leaving you like you've failed which then affects your confidence and makes you feel like you feel like you have lack of ability to do it so you give up.... :( :(

 So please don’t give up just because you missed a few off that checklist that’s not the goal the goal should be to create REALISTIC changes slowly each week and like anything new after time it will be easier and you won’t even have to think about it … there’s no such thing as a perfect time to start new habits ! ….

So just start!! and even those small changes WILL add up to big ones over time 👌
