WhO IS 1-1 PT FOR? 

Do you need help/guidance in person ? Are you a complete beginner and feel nervous in the gym? Do you know what you are doing but need that extra push out of your comfort zone to progress and get results? Perhaps you are bored of current training and want a structured program in place and goals set for something to aim for. Do you want a PT that understands your needs, takes time to listen to any barriers you may have and helps you overcome them to then create a program fully tailored to you, your goals and your lifestyle? I can help with any/all of the above... find out more below...

WHATS INCLUDED?

  • 1-1 PT session as and when 

  • When weather allows outdoor group PT/classes/fell walks will be an option too 

  • Personalised training plan to follow in between PT sessions, suited to you - your goals, your time available and lifestyle.

  • New workouts every 4-6 weeks to keep progressing and prevent boredom

  • Meal guide with ideas and calories calculated for you 

  • Members area /app access -  recipes, support group, blogs, educational content 

  • Weekly check ins 

  • Monthly challenges with other clients and myself just for fun!

WHAT DOES IT COST?

  • 1-1 session Pay as you go 

      £35 per session  

  • 2-1 session ( 2 people) Pay as you go £27 per session 

  • 3-1 session ( 3 people ) Pay as you go £20 per session 

 

PT Packages 

 

8 week package £300  

Includes….. 

  • 8 x one 2 one sessions ( must be used within 10 weeks) 

  • Training plan/workouts - home or gym based to follow in your own time 

  • Meal guide included tailored to you and your goals with calories and macros calculated 

  • Weekly check ins 

  • Unlimited support from myself 

  • Access to my members area for recipes/blogs/support from other clients 

 

 

12 week package £430 

Includes….. 

  • 12 x one 2 one sessions ( must be used within 14 weeks) 

  • Training plan/workouts - home or gym based to follow in your own time 

  • Meal guide included tailored to you and your goals with calories and macros calculated 

  • Weekly check ins 

  • Unlimited support from myself 

  • Access to my members area with recipes/blogs/support from other clients
