SET workouts to follow on my app
4-5 x workouts a week that change every 4 weeks
Home workouts are 30-40 mins
Gym workouts are 45-60mins
Functional program sessions are 60-90min
Choose from home, gym or functional fitness workouts when you sign up
Home option - X2 Dumbbells 5-7kg, x 1 Kettlebell 10-14kg, skipping rope & a mat are needed for the home workouts
Gym / Functional option - you will need access to a barbell, squat rack, pull up station/rig, kb, db, machines both strength and cardio machines
The workouts in both home and gym are suitable for anyone who already has knowledge of using gym equipment and is competent at compound exercises - bodyweight, with a barbell/dumbbells/kettlebells - such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, press ups, bench press, planks etc and you don't have any injuries/issues with doing some high impact exercises.
If you are a beginner or you have issues/injuries/medical issues I would advise doing my 1-1 Online coaching where i can tailor the workouts specifically to you.
You get a meal guide with personalised calories/macros based on you and your goals.
Members area and app access with recipes, group/community chat, log each workout to track your progress & weekly check ins for accountability.
Minimum sign up is 1 month
