1. How do I know which plan to choose?
My 1-1 Online Coaching is for anyone at all!  It can be for any specific goal as it is fully tailored to the individual whether you want -  fat loss, muscle gain, sport specific for an event, general health & wellness improvement, knowledge on training and nutrition, Pre or Post natal. ( i am fully qualified to work with pre and post natal clients i have completed a level 3 advanced pregnancy wellness course ) 

The Set Online coaching are SET workouts not personalised so perfect if you train with a friend and are both similar ability and have similar goals.

2. What happens once I have purchased an online coaching package?
You will receive your plans the Saturday before your start date. If I require any further infromation form you i will get in touch. 
3. Can I start Online coaching anytime? 
I have set start dates for all of my programs those being the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month. Programs must be purchased by the Thursday before the start date, any later you will go onto the next intake date. 
4. Can I purchase a meal guide or training plan only anytime?
Yes i do do training or nutrition only guides. These can both be found on my plans and pricing page available to purchase direct. You will complete a form for the nutrition guide on sign up. You will receive these within 72 hours of purchase unless you have a specific chosen start date that we have discussed. Training plans go onto my app where you can follow the program, track your workouts, log you lifts etc which you will receive an email to download after purchase. Please note weekly check ins are NOT included on the training plan only option.
