DEEP CORE/PELVIC FLOOR DEMOS 

In this section you will find video demos on how to engage and reconnect with your core and pelvic floor muscles through correct breathing techniques and how to then apply this to your deep core exercises in your program . You will not benefit fully from doing your core and pelvic work without watching these, practicing and doing them correctly. 

Please watch the diaphragm breathing demo below first before moving onto the exercises below. 

The following exercises are to be done slow and controlled - really try to focus on your breathing and getting mind to muscle connection with your core and pelvic floor muscles by imagining them as you breath & do the exercises. Your deep core muscles, diaphragm and pelvic floor are all connected so they need to be working together to get stronger.
