In this section you will find any information I think you might find useful, including some demo and explanation videos on some pre/post natal core exercises.

This video is mainly for my Pre/post natal clients where learning how to do this is very important if you want to reduce the risks of complications during your pregnancy /labour & post natal period. 

But everyone should know how to engage their core correctly so give it a watch. 

The following exercises are all Pre/Post natal core exercises that once you have cracked the above breathing properly you can apply to these exercises to further stabilise and strengthen your tva ( deep core muscles ) and pelvic floor.
