First off I would advise you to acknowledge that you don’t need to be living off 1200 cals a day, cooking for hours and hours, eating separate meals from your family because your on a “diet”, doing 6-7 workouts a week and always worrying how you are going to continue all of this long term because its so hard and feels impossible some weeks so you end up giving in because you think you can’t do it! Sound familiar ???!!
