Its that time of year again where daylight is less, the weather is miserable…most days !, Christmas is coming up so money could be tight … all making us feel more like staying at home in front of the fire eating treats and watching Netflix instead of going out to the gym, for a walk/run, whatever it is you do for exercise! But where does this lead...….. it leads to clients messaging me saying how crap they feel! How they have lost track of there goals, they feel unmotivated, lethargic and unhappy in themselves!
