8 WEEK HOME BASED

  • 3 Phases - start with phase 1 and progress to phase 3!  

​

  • Short intense workouts, not suitable for individuals that require low impact exercises - please get in touch for a bespoke program if you need this 

​

  • Perfect for busy individuals/stay at home parents 

​

  • Equipment needed- Kettlebell, Dumbbells & Resistance Band

​

  • 3/4 workouts per week: 20 to 45 minutes each

​

  • Suitable for clients that want to lose body fat, tone up, improve fitness/endurance/stamina

12 WEEK GYM BASED

  • Suitable for intermediate/advanced clients

  • Suitable for fat loss or muscle/strength gain 

​

  • 4 workouts per week- each 1- 1.5 hours in duration

​​

  • Weight training, bodyweight ,HIIT, & Cardio conditioning 

​

  • Will improve fitness, strength, endurance, stamina

​

  • Full body, lower & upper sessions 

  • ​

  • Delivered via pdf file

8 WEEK GYM BASED PLAN

  • Beginner & intermediate/advanced versions available

  • Will improve and help with - Fat loss, muscle gain, strength, endurance/stamina & fitness 

​

  • 4 workouts per week - each 40-60 minutes

  • Weight training -  free weights, machines, bodyweight, hiit, Cardio conditioning 

​

  • Delivered via PDF file
