My guides are designed to suit your goal whether it is to lose body fat, build muscle, or just for a healthier diet. You may be surprised by how much food is on the plan but when you eat clean healthy food the volume is usually more and you will not be starving all the time like most fad/quick fix diets.​



My plans encourage and guide you into a long term healthy lifestyle change - they are not a quick fix. What you eat is 70% of your physical results. You can exercise all you want but if you want to change your body shape and appearance, getting your diet right is a must. Food is your fuel - not your enemy! If you want to feel and look great then you need to respect your body and feed it the right stuff.
