I have been a Personal Trainer since 2017 and have trained myself since 2015.
I work with clients face to face doing 1-1 personal training sessions at Empire Gym Workington Cumbria.
I offer 1-1 Online based coaching and 1-1 Pre/Pregnancy and Post Natal coaching.
I enjoy functional weight training/Cross-fit/Hyrox/running. I love fell walking and runs with my dog, I generally just love being outdoors and being active with my family!
In 2020 I qualified as a Advanced Pregnancy/Post Natal Wellness Practitioner meaning I specialise in working with Pre/Post natal women. I wanted to work in this area after having my own daughter Isabella, I was amazed by the human body and enjoyed myself learning how to adapt my training and lifestyle during this incredible experience of becoming a mum. I now want to help as many other fellow mums along their journey. I am now a mum of two to Isabella ( born 2019 ) and Isaac ( born 2023 ) Both pregnancies and labours were straight forward and I had 2 natural pool births with both - my goal is to help many other women stay fit and active during their pregnancies and encourage natural births using hypnobirthing techniques.
My own journey has been on and off for as long as I can remember probably since my teens, I tried everything and every "fad diet " going yet always felt unhappy and uncomfortable in my own skin I was only ever trying to 'lose weight' never caring about actually being " healthy" and looking after my body. This resulted in yo-yo dieting, bingeing, starving myself, hating myself, doing endless amounts of cardio (for the wrong reasons), feeling worthless, unhappy, unhealthy, zero motivation to become better and set goals, I had a negative mind-set about food and how I thought of food.
I was unhappy in a lot of areas of my life and I knew what I needed to do to change it. I’m the happiest, strongest and fittest I’ve ever been both physically and mentally! I only got here by stepping out of my comfort zone, working hard, staying consistent and not giving in when it got tough.

I LOVE helping others achieve their goals , change their lifestyle so they feel so much more happy and confident and helping them to believe in themselves that they can do it , I love giving them the tools and advice to achieve this – that is my goal for all of my clients and that is why I am passionate about what I do.
