WHATS INCLUDED?

With this online based package you choose either a home or gym based 8 week training plan to follow. Each has 4x workouts a week. These are SET WORKOUTS NOT PERSONALISED so if you have any specific needs/can't do certain exercises because of an injury/strain, medical condition, pregnancy, early postnatal. limited equipment - then please opt for my Personalised 1-1 coaching where the plan will be specifically tailored to you and your needs.
Phases 1 , 2 and 3 available in the home programs - each one gets more challenging.
Equipment needed for home plans :
- Set of dumbbells , kettlebell, mat, skipping rope

2 programs available in the gym programs - beginner/inter & then inter/advanced both include a variety of free weights, machines and cardio/conditioning.

With this package you also get a Meal guide to follow with your calories and macros calculated for you. Each meal and snacks you get 4-5 options plus access to my recipes on the members area for even more variety and options - lots of family friendly meals to choose from too.

Weekly check ins to keep track of your progress with myself every Monday - these can be via message, phone or video call.
